Dr. Jamie Boex is a senior public finance expert and CEO of PF& D Solutions, LLC. Prior to establishing himself as a full-time consultant, Dr. Boex was a Research Professor of Economics and Senior Associate with the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University, one of the leading public affairs colleges in the United States in the area of public budgeting and finance.

Dr. Boex has over ten years experience in international fiscal policy analysis and reform, with direct experience in over a dozen countries around the world, including in Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Indonesia, the Russian Federation and Tanzania. In addition to his real-world policy work, Dr. Boex has engaged in extensive scholarly research in the field. He has authored numerous books, book chapters, journal articles and research studies on public finance issues, including public budgeting and fiscal management reform, fiscal decentralization, poverty reduction, and the political economy aspects of public finance.

Dr. Boex is a member of the American Economic Association (AEA), the National Tax Association (NTA), the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), and the Association for Budgeting and Financial Management (ABFM).
