PF&D Solutions has provided policy analyses, technical assistance and capacity building solutions to developing and transitional countries around the world, including in Afghanistan, Armenia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Republic of Georgia, Indonesia, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Nigeria, Russia, Swaziland, Tanzania, Timor-Leste and Uganda.

PF&D Solutions and Dr. Boex have worked to provide direct support to several developing and transitional country governments, including the Ministry of Planning and Development in Mozambique, the Ministry of Finance in Swaziland, and the Prime Minister's Office (PMO-RALG) in Tanzania.

In addition, technical assistance and capacity building support has been provided to (and/or through) a number of multilateral development partners and international financial institutions, including The World Bank, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), U.N. Development Programme (UNDP), and the U.N. Capital Development Fund (UNCDF). PF&D Solutions and Dr. Boex have further worked with numerous bilateral development agencies, including CIDA, DANIDA, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Swiss Development Agency (SDC), and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
